The junior class and sponsors Mrs. Schroeder and Mr. Garber did a wonderful job with the 2008 Jr/Sr Prom. The KC Hall was turned into a tropical paradise!
The academic awards reception will be Monday night in the grade school commons. The seniors will be excused from afternoon classes on Friday for the Senior Tea hosted by First Baptist Church at 2pm.
Post season is upon us as track, baseball, and softball compete in state competition. The girl’s track team is entered in the Hillsboro Sectional while the boy’s track team head to the Litchfield Sectional on Friday. The baseball team is in the Calhoun Regional and will play Thursday while the softball team is hosting a regional and will play Tuesday.
Semester Exams will be May 19th-21st with two exams on Monday and three exams on Tuesday and Wednesday. High School students will be dismissed at 2:05 each day. Mrs. Ross has distributed the senior exemption list.
Baseball Results: Varsity defeated Greenfield, West Central (twice), & Brown County
Boy’s Track Results: WIVC Meet – 1st Place!
Girl’s Track Results: WIVC Meet – 3rd Place
Softball Results: Varsity fell to West Central
